Refund & Cancellation Policy – Clear Return and Refund Guidelines

At Narayani Waterpark, we strive to provide our guests with the best experience possible. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please carefully read our Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing tickets or making bookings.

1. General Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Guests are advised to check the park schedule, weather conditions, and personal availability before purchasing tickets.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Individual Ticket Cancellations: No cancellations or refunds are allowed for individual tickets.
Group Booking Cancellations: If you have booked for a group (10+ people), cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance via email or phone. Rescheduling may be offered at the park’s discretion.
Online Bookings: In case of technical errors or duplicate transactions, please contact us immediately for resolution.

3. Weather & Technical Issues

Narayani Waterpark is an outdoor attraction, and certain rides may be closed due to unfavorable weather conditions, maintenance, or technical faults.
If the park is fully closed due to extreme weather, a rescheduled visit may be offered, but no refunds will be provided.
Temporary closure of specific rides or attractions does not qualify for a refund or compensation.

4. No-Show & Late Arrivals

If a guest fails to visit the park on the scheduled date, the ticket will be void with no refund or rescheduling options.
Late arrivals will not be compensated for missed rides, activities, or experiences.

5. Ride Unavailability & Partial Refunds

All attractions and rides are subject to operational availability.
If a specific ride is temporarily unavailable, no partial refund will be issued.
Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction with ride experiences, food services, or any other aspect of the park.

6. Refund Process & Contact Details

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, the amount will be processed within 7-14 working days to the original payment method.
Refund requests must be submitted via email with a valid reason and proof of purchase.
