1. General Terms

  • These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Narayani Water Park.

  • By purchasing a ticket, making a booking, or using our website, you accept these terms in full.

  • We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Ticketing & Entry Policy

  • All guests must have a valid entry ticket to access the park.

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Online bookings require a valid email and contact number for confirmation.

  • We may request a valid photo ID at the entrance for verification.

  • Entry may be denied to any guest violating park rules or engaging in misconduct.

3. Park Rules & Safety Guidelines

  • Visitors must follow all safety instructions given by staff and displayed on rides.

  • Proper swimwear is required for water rides. Clothing with zippers, buttons, or sharp objects is not allowed.

  • Running, pushing, or rough behavior is strictly prohibited.

  • Guests must meet the height and weight requirements for certain rides.

  • The park is not responsible for injuries caused by non-compliance with safety rules.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of park closure due to extreme weather or technical issues.

  • Cancellation requests for group bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • No refunds for no-shows or missed visits.

  • If a ride is temporarily unavailable, no partial refund will be provided.

5. Food & Beverage Policy

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the park.

  • Guests can purchase food and drinks from our on-site restaurants and stalls.

  • Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited.

6. Personal Belongings & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

  • The park is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • Locker facilities are available for safe storage of valuables.

7. Photography & Media Usage

  • Photography is allowed for personal use, but commercial photography requires prior permission.

  • By entering the park, guests consent to the use of their images for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Certain rides or attractions may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions or technical maintenance.

  • The park reserves the right to suspend or cancel services without prior notice for safety reasons.

9. Code of Conduct

  • Guests must behave respectfully towards staff and other visitors.

  • Any form of harassment, violence, or vandalism will lead to immediate removal from the park.

  • Illegal activities inside the park premises will be reported to law enforcement.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Bettiah, Bihar.
